Chamomile

There is an extremely large list of uses for chamomile including all skin conditions, severely infected skin, and cellulite. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, relieves cramps and spasms and helps in cases of shock.Chamomile can be useful for the alleviation of menstrual disorders, skin problems, hypersensitive skin, broken veins, puffiness, strengthens tissues.

Chamomile’s pain relieving properties are used for children’s ailments, as a sedative, an anti-depressant and to reduce nervousness.

Chamomile relaxes the mind and body when stressed, anxious, depressed or can’t sleep. Chamomile is helpful with PMS, menopause, headaches, hyperactivity, eczema, skin rashes, acne, excessive acne, rosacea, allergic reactions. Chamomile increases production of white blood cells. It brightens and brings out highlights of hair when used in a shampoo.

Chamomile’s analgesic action eases arthritis, low back pain and muscle pain, rheumatism, sprains, and inflamed joints.

Chamomile has the reputaion of giving patience and peace. It is a sedative to the Central Nervous System.
